I had Hansen come to take all the dead branches in backyard. That day, my new neighbor asked for the recommendation on Hansen, which I gave. A day later, I noticed Hansen left one dead branch. I figured Hansen could take it down when they cut my neighbor?s tree. I notified them in advance of the missed dead branch AND met up with them the day they showed for my neighbor. They did not cut down my dead branch and when I called their office on it, they insisted it wasn?t in the Work Order and refused to call me back. If it weren?t for me, Ed Hansen wouldn?t have had the $1,500 job for my neighbor, but he refused to address a $50 branch. He couldn?t be anymore thankless. Quite honestly one of the most gutless contractors around. Don?t hire Hansen.
