Businiess name:  Henia's Hair Salon and Day Spa

Review content:
I had bought a mani-pedi Groupon for Henia's, having never visited the shop. The Groupon said - in very plain language - stop by any time during the week or call for a weekend appointment. I arrived on a Tuesday at 4:45 (they close at 6 according to the website) and asked for a mani-pedi. The rude receptionist told me ""Oh, the nail lady goes home at 4:30. You'll have to come back."" When I asked why this information wasn't on the website, she told me ""Well, we can't put all of our information on the website."" What?!? Her helpful suggestions: ""You should have called ahead."" Thanks, rude lady. She then proceeded to tell me they would be happy to give me nail service any weekday morning. What?!? Did she think I didn't have a job? And when I tried to book a Saturday appointment, only one time slot at 9am was available. The rudeness and lack of service by the receptionist made me never want to come back. I gave my Groupon to the nice barista at the Starbucks down the street from the salon and hope she has a better experience than me. But I would sooner go streaking than give any more business to that crappy place.
