Review content:
The Common Market is a co-op store, and members get a discount, making their already reasonable prices even better. Their selection of grains is particularly good, and for many varieties (e.g., barley) the Common Market is cheaper than large grocery stores. Fresh produce sold there is, for the most part (perhaps entirely), from local producers, so it's likely to be fresher than what you find in chain grocery stores, and you're supporting local and small family farming. The store also sells natural (e.g., Tom's of Maine) toiletries and other products and homeopathic and herbal remedies. I highly recommend it -- it's a real local gem!
