Review content:
We had a terrible experience with this company and I do NOT recommend doing any business with them. The women that work here are sweet as pie until you sign the lease. After that, it all goes down hill. It got to the point where it was very stressful to talk to them over the phone so we starting faxing any correspondences to avoid a heated conversation. The way they do business is very unprofessional to the point of immature. We had issues from the first week we moved in, we lost heat and called to have them send a repair man out. She refused to send anyone out for another week, saying that it was only 40 degrees out and that we should be fine. (We had 2 children in the house with us). I told her that was unacceptable (being that my father owned an HVAC company and I know that making this sort of repair is not something that would take that long). She then said, ""if you don't like it, then move out"". It was at that moment I realized we had made a big mistake and it only got worse. Please save yourself some sanity, stress, time and a lot of money and go with another company!
