Noone landlord or tenant would be wise to work with this company. Behris is sweet, but Connie is a complete snake. She has rescinded oral agreements-get EVERYTHING in writing. Even if she told you you could do late rent payments monthly and it was find for a year doesn't mean it will be forever...Often she doesn't tell the landlord about maintenance items which results in more expensive fixes. I would want to know about that as a landlord (which I am). She thinks it is her job to tell the tenant no and the landlord yes, regardless of the fact it doesn't serve either party's best interest. If you do manage to catch her on something that was in writing she just throws more paperwork and busywork at you as punishment...?... All I want is what I am paying for on time every month. I can not begin to describe the level of loathing I feel towards her. Don't make the same mistake I did.
