My daughter and I went last Saturday to get our highlighting and as we were waiting to be called this woman who I never saw before came up to my daughter and asked her to tell me to get off my cell phone and take my business elsewhere. I was only on the cell for a few minutes and talking quietly and this wasn't a library or a movie theatre. My daughter basically told her that I was doing nothing wrong and she should mind her own business. Next thing I know, the woman went up to the management and told us we were not welcome in their salon anymore. They were screaming at my daughter saying horrible things that I couldn't believe my ears and had nothing to do with the cell phone incident. We were humiliated in a salon that we have been going to for years. They never even came over to us to find out our side of the story, but instead took the side of this other woman. Don't ever go to Salon L'Etoile, as they are very rude, crude, and downright mean. They don't care about their customers at all. Many snobby people in there!
Pros: Josie is an excellent hair cutter and stylist and Reina is excellent at styling.
Cons: Noisy, they don't take credit cards and humiliating. Horrible place!
