I have to agree with the poster Ptfam about the level of gossip in the salon. And I have to agree about the long wait times and the fact that management is at fault here. Sadly you do have some wonderful talent in that salon. Gossip is only attractive to those who gossip themselves. If you want to talk about someone it should never be your clients, or you will lose them as you have lost me and many others. The eyes and ears of this place should be used to better your business and make your clients happy not to talk about clients and each other. This post is NOT a fake, and I am not the owner of a nearby salon but rather a customer who left sometime ago due to the uncalled for behavior of not only the very snotty desk employees but the owners themselves. Wake up. The 80s are over and there are many more salons out thre that can offer what you can and more. Without a cup of sourly served nonsense.
Pros: Beautiful salon well kept
Cons: Too much chatter and backstabbing
