I went to this salon for 1 reason, to have my hair cut & colored by charles. last month he left the salon,when i called to make an appt. i was told he left suddenly & they didn't know where he went,{OK ?} i was left with the choice of who they referred me to or wait to hear from charles, i had to see someone in the salon for i was going on vacation,when i returned home, i ran into my friend who just had her hair done by charles i was so mad i called him at the studio on west ave in jenkintown here's the # 215-8840004-- & he told me his files dissappered & he had no way to contact me. salon letoile knew where was,what a bussiness, that they couldn't just tell me where he went. shame on you Pros: when charles did my hair Cons: when charles left
