Review content:
We purchased a RV from Paul Evert's RV at a Monaco Rally in Oregon this past September. We also traded our old one in on the one we bought. Unfortunately, we had just filled ours up with diesel before pulling into the rally. What we were told when purchasing the RV was ""You go fill it up with diesel and propane and when you get to Fresno we will cut you a check for your receipt"". Well, it's been seven weeks and they are refusing to reimburse us for the fuel. So, if you plan on doing any business with this company and they promise you something - GET IT IN WRITING. I was actually told by an employee of theirs that if I wanted to have work done on the RV we purchased that they had promised to do - GET IT IN WRITING - or don't expect it to get done. I did write down some things that needed to be fixed - such as some paint that needed to be replaced - and they wanted to mix up the paint and have us put it on....my answer to that was NO - I am buying a $275,000 RV and you want me to touch up the paint. That hasn't gotten done either. BUYER BEWARE - They will tell you anything you want to hear to close a deal - so get everything that you want IN WRITING. As soon as I get these problems resolved I won't be doing business with Paul Evert's RV Country.
