Review content:
Cool nails is rude to their customers and they do not care about their customers. They just want your money. Ive spent hundreds and hundreds there. My daughter and i got our nails done costing $100 and recieved a nail fungus, their supplies are not sanitized they use the same clippers, brushes,powder,acetone down to same towels on customer after customer, how many other people got fungus? I also had permanante eye liner tattooed on my eyes It was the most painful experience ever, My eyes were swollen and bruised for days i could not open my eyes due to swelling. They ruined my appearance I now have uneven clobs of black around my eyes and i had 1 year to get a touch up free included in the 400 i paid? If they do good work why would you need a touch up? I was so scared to go back because it was so painful and unprofessional its been 1 1/2 yr i tried to make appt now they want more money to fix their screw up because its been over a year? It is not my fault they are unprofessional and messed my eyes up. You think they would want a happy customer and would do the best to correct it . I wouldnt want people to see the horrible, embarrassing mistake that is forever permanent on someones face. COOL NAILS IS UNEXPERIENCED IN PERMANANT MAKEUP THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RUIN SOMEONES APPEARANCE LIKE THAT. ALSO THEY ARE UNSANITARY WITH ALL NAIL PROCEDURES GIVING PEOPLE FUNGUS. REFUNDS ARE OUT OF THE QUESTION. BEWARE CLIPPERS ALONE COULD SPREAD DISEASE LIKE HIV- AIDS YOU DONT KNOW WHO THEY KNICKED BEFORE YOU. i KNOW THEY CUT OPEN MY CUTICLES AND A CUSTOMER SAT DOWN AFTER ME I WATCHED THEM USE THE SAME TOOLS ON THEM .THATS WRONG. I AM SUPPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUISNESS THEY NEED TO BE FINED OR EVEN SHUT DOWN. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
