My family and I drive from Howard County all they way to the Ice Cream Cottage quite frequently. I visited the Ice Cream Cottage on Wednesday, November 5th. I was stuck in traffic most of the way and ended up at the Ice Cream Cottage around 9pm or so. I was sent to get my mother a no-sugar added strawberry milkshake, as she is diabetic. When I arrived I went to open the door and to my surprise the door was locked and no one was to be seen. All the lights were on, but I could not see anyone inside. I waited five or ten minutes, but eventually decided to leave and go get my ice cream somewhere else. I was quite displeased, it was a little after 9pm and the sign says open til 9:30 on Wednesdays. That just seems very irresponsible to me.
Pros: Usually it is nice, not anymore
Cons: Lack of workmanship
