Review content:
Xcel Fitness has helped me lose weight from long distance. I live in Illinois and I am in contact with my trainer by email weekly and by phone numerous times a week. I have been losing my weight by diet only, I am not an exerciser. We are hoping that after losing weight, maybe I will be more motivated to exercise. I have found, at the age of 51, that eating more often and the right amount of healthier food has raised my metabolism, allowing me to be more active and feel much better about myself. I have lost over 25 pounds so far and hope to lose another 25. Thank you Xcel Fitness !!!
