Review content:
I have been looking forward to getting my first tattoo. St Sabrina was recommended to me by a friend. I went in and looked around. I loved the atmosphere. It was clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. THe staff seemed very friendly. I looked around and decided I would make an appointment. They told me based on the tattoo I described to them I should come in on Saturday because no appointment was necessary. Great. I left and came back on Saturday. I arrived around noon and gave them my ID and filled out the necessary paperwork. I am now very excited and sit down to wait for my name to be called. I was 30 minutes away from my first tattoo or so I thought. I waited and waited and waited and waited. And then I waited some more. After an hour and a half I went up to the front desk to see what the status was. When will I get in?? The woman behind the desk told me about a half an hour. What? Are you kidding me? I was in disbelief and a little annoyed but I sat down and waited again. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothing. By this time I was angry and frustrated. I don't understand how they can tell you 30 minutes and not even be bothered to walk ten steps over to me to say what was going on or that it is going to take longer than expected. Something? Anything?? I got nothing. You fooled me this time but you won't fool me again. I will go get my tattoo someplace else but I will never go St. Sabrina's again. I wish there was an option to rate a big fat zero!
