I love Kikugawa! I have been there many times- by myself, with my boyfriend, and with a large group (we sat in a beautiful, private tatame room), and every time has been equally wonderful. The ambience is great, the skyline/riverfront view fantastic, and the sushi perfectly delectable. I was sad to see the negative reviews about this place, so I had to put in my two cents' worth. My sashimi has always been fresh, and sushi just the way I ordered it (I'm a picky eater, so that says something!). Also, I've never had any problems with the waitstaff or the managers. They're always very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Ambience, Friendly Waitstaff, Fresh fish!
