Rude, childish, unprofessional, completely disgusting attitudes. Rented from them for slightly over a year and made the decision to move based SOLELY on bad experiences with ""management."" Problems were not solved, I was consistently talked down to, on one occasion was told that one of the interior doors being removed and then a month later STILL not replaced (after being told it would be fixed in a week) was ""not a priority"" to them and that I was ""free to write a complaint"" if I had a problem with that. Had several smoke detectors that would go off for no reason at all hours, on top of being unpleasant to wake up to several times a week it was an obvious safety hazzard - called for somebody to check on or replace the dectectors and got, ""Well are you cooking something? I don't know then. Check the batteries."" Nobody came out to figure out why our smoke detectors were blaring for no reason (and no, the stove wasn't on fire when I called them). The idea that they ""manage"" anything is a complete joke. I only had two or three VERY minor issues in the entire time I rented from them and they acted as though I were bothering them or interrupting something more important every time I called. If I needed something taken care of, weeks would pass without hearing from them after being told they'd call me back, and if I mentioned that nobody was dealing with it I'd get ""You can't expect us to return every single phone call we get, we'd do nothing but make phonecalls all day."" Uh, isn't that your JOB? These women are all haggard, surly and unprofessional in appearance, the way they speak and conduct themselves is pathetic, childish and completely inappropriate, they very obviously have no real property management or maintanance experience... So save yourself some money and stress and STAY AWAY from premiere properties. I wish I had read some of these reviews before signing a lease, because everybody else seems to have had the exact same terrible experience.
