My housemate and I were very unfortunate to rent from this company. They never gave us a straight answer on anything. They never fixed anything, we seriously had to ""bother"" them repeatedly to get anything done. We had to replace the locks on the doors after a break in, and they refused to reimburse us for the cost. We had a bug problem and I called them to have the house fumigated and they simply suggested we try bug traps and tried to talk me out of them hiring a professional. After a month of calling them, they finally sent out an exterminator, but the guy they ended up sending wasn't even a pro. Anytime you call them they act like your problem is a ""hassle"" to them, and are almost always rude. Anytime they actually did send someone to do repairs, you could tell this rental co. is cheap and likes to save money by sending sub-par contractors. Bottom line, this co. is unprofessional, rude, cheap, and has no clue how to ""manage"" anything. I also firmly believe that any positive review for this co. was more than likely written by the company themselves. I have had several different rental companies throughout my life-time but this is by far the worst rental company I have ever had. I normally don't write reviews and its been a few months since I moved out, but this company was so bad I actually remembered to write a ""bad review"".
Oh, also after reading someone else's review about ""bad owner good rental service""...this tenant was clearly lied to or mislead by the rental co. The rental co. tried blaming stuff on the homeowner also about why rent was increased etc. But what the rental co. didn't know, was I was in contact with the homeowner and knew they were lying to me. Very deplorable. Stay away.
