Review content:
I purchased my beautiful wife a rather expensive gift card as an adjunct to her Christmas, as I knew she would never spend such money on herself. When she retruned home after her day at the Spa, she told me that she felt that she was undervalued as a customer and made to wait for 45 minutes, then rushed thru her treatments. She attributes this to the fact that she used a gift card, even though she tips well. Had I had known then, what I know now, the management and I would have had words. I paid a premium price and I expected my wife to be treated with the utmost consideration and respect. Men, if you are looking to treat you wife or girlfriend to a day of pampering at a luxurious Spa, choose elswhere.
Sincerly,
Jon Hochreiter RN.
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Rude staff, pressured to get in and out
