Review content:
I am just beginning to have to interaction with the Chippewa County Child Support offfice due to a recent divorce. The 2 to 3 interactions I have had have not provided a very positive impression, with the exception of one phone call with my case worker. I stopped to drop something off at the office yesterday afternoon and the young lady that came over and took my letter did not seem to be at all interested in providing good customer service to me-walking away from the window while I was still attempting to talk with her and seemed ambivalent/totally uninterested in what I was there for. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!! They are reinforcing to me the various comments that I have heard regarding the Chippewa County Child Support services from various people who have had to deal with them and these comments are not good ones - I think they need to take a good look at what kind of customer service they are giving to their customers and, YES, the people they are serving ARE CUSTOMERS! If they worked at a customer service desk, they would receive an ""F"" in my book!!!!
