Forget about the moving in lists you send Leon, the 90-day list, the 1-year list, 2-year final list... He just ignores you. Same for phone calls. Just get a lawyer. Or better yet, just don't deal with the guy at all. Find another contractor. Our neighborhood is trying to take care of tons of unfinished business and he has fallen off the face of the earth. Buyer beware!
