This is probably one of the nicest spas in Portland. I have been there a few times and decided to continue with ongoing services.
Where to start - the treatments I received have been delivered in a very professional fashion, and even more important, they really worked well. When I go to a spa I don't normally go just to relax or have a nice time (which is also nice but not the reason I go) but to address something and improve some aspect of health or appearance. Every time I have received services at Olena's spa I saw immediate results.
Another important note - the interior of this spa is incredible. It's reminiscent of a 5-Star Hotel or maybe an art museum, but not quite. The interior decorating is perfect, I love the old fashioned but super-sophisticated design of the bathrooms, the art on the walls, the decor. Yes it's true, I don't go to a spa for the decor, but it really is beautiful and just being in the building is alone a pleasurable experience.
Olena is highly trained and knowledgeable in her field and also gives excellent and helpful advice. But despite all of this, I have noticed that her prices are generally lower than prices of similar services in other Portland Spas. It makes it much more affordable and feasible to go for treatments, particularly recurring treatments.
The treatments I've received include Body Wraps and Laser Genesis.
