Review content:
The people that work there are introverted-know-it all about cameras. They really don't have any people skills. It's best to have done your research about a particular camera prior to visiting there b/c you'll inadvertently be made felt to be dumb. I've only gone to this one outfit in venice & have yet to experience their customer service at the other locations. I will say that when I made a phone call to the one in Pasadena, they ""seemed"" to be a bit more friendly. But then again one wont really know until you get there. The selection isn't bad. So long as you have 4 cameras to compare to each other I think that you're fine. ANything more than that is just too much to keep up with. Pros: choices & incentives for packaged deals Cons: customer service is poor
