My wife and her aunt stopped at Kerman's Floor Covering Tuesday afternoon (June 22) to look for new floor covering for my wife's aunt's house. They walked into the store and looked around for at least 5 minutes with no one even saying hello much less, ""can I help you?"". That was followed by a woman of different ethnic background walking in and a sales clerk walked across the showroom floor past my wife and her aunt to greet the new customer and ask if there was anything they could do for her. She was just looking! My wife and her aunt commented on how rude the treatment was and promptly left the store. If their products are anything like their service, I wouldn't buy anything from Kerman's Floor Covering!
