Review content:
Today I visited the school for hair color services. I specifically requested a cool tone because my hair pulls red with neutral and warm tones. During the consultation with the instructor and student, I was assured of a cool tone. Services proceeded as agreed upon. Then, the instructor, without consulting me, told the student to stop putting on the cool tone and to switch to a neutral one. Curious as to what was going on, I asked the instructor what she was doing and she said, ""What do you know about color?"" Since part of my hair was already wet with the right color, I had no choice but to let the student finish with the wrong one. As I was waiting during the processing period, I could see my hair turning red and ugly, so I asked that the processing be stopped. I then protested to the Administrative Director and was told that I was out of luck. The point it is--the instructor is dishonest towards customers and needs to realize that the customer is always right. If the instructor wanted to do something, she should have said so during the consultation and not change track midway, without the customer's knowledge or permission. Cons: Staff and management are rude and arrogant--they make it clear that they know more than the customer ever will.
