I needed a carpet cleaning company for a very large important job. Now you don't just hire anyone without doing your research first. I called 3 companies for small jobs around the house and so to see the treatment I got. The other 2 companies not only treated me much worse that 1800nycarpet, but also charged more. Having tried out their services and being satisfied I contracted them to clean all our persian and antique rugs at their carpet factory warehouse. within a few days I had them back in place, shiny and like new, and didnt have to lift a finger or raise my voice. The staff was very professional around my house, and all the rugs were spiffy clean with no damage. I'd say im overall impressed and satisfied with this company's services.
