Recently I got a flat tire and had no spare. I needed to have my car towed to a tire shop. I found this company and called. The dispatcher was very polite and helpful, they found a local tire shop and sent a driver to get me. Although I was told it'd be 35 minutes it took almost 40 for the driver to get to me. That was the only flaw in the whole experience. The driver was very polite and clean. I was treated very nicely and my car was towed with safety and care. The rates were very reasonable and I was very pleased with the whole ordeal. I will surely use this company again if I find myself in need of a tow truck in the future.
