Review content:
Citizen Smith is a poorly managed establishment and the cuisine is hit-or-miss, but mostly a miss. The website of Citizen Smith claims, and I quote, ""The unique ambiance and friendly atmosphere provides an inviting place for everyone to enjoy."" There is a very unique ambiance, yet, quite to the contrary of their claim, Citizen Smith does not have a friendly atmosphere, nor does it prove inviting to anyone, let alone everyone.
In regards to restaurants in Los Angeles, Hollywood in particular, service and quality are key; however, Citizen Smith does not live-up to these aspects, resulting in an experience to be remembered only as: Tasteless and Uninviting.
Pros: Unique Ambiance.
Cons: Unfriendly and Unwelcoming.
