Review content:
West Coast Roofing & Contracting repaired the leaking roof on a 1968 house that my step-son owns. The house is rented out and, initially, the renters called a few roofing companies and got no response. That was when I called Jim and asked him to go look at the roof. He went out the next day and said that the problem was that the valleys were gone. He gave me a fair price and got the job done. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I have known Jim since around 1994 and had previously recommended him for a roofing project for a Lincoln-Mercury dealership I was working with 15 years ago. At the time, Jim was an estimator working for another company and the dealership called him to get an estimate on a new roof for their huge building. This dealership was huge -- they would sell 30 cars a day. They got the estimate from Jim, said they had never seen pricing that good, and hired his company to do the job.
I have absolutely been satisfied with Jim's service. He fulfilled my obligation to a T. He did exactly what he said he was going to do: He called our renters ahead of time and got the job done. I did not receive any complaints from the renters. I am 100 miles away and I had full confidence in Jim. He was very fair with the price. I was thrilled.
