I made an appointment with the nurse at this location, only to be switched to a sales person. When I asked her what kind of clinical training she had in order to give me a consultation on botox and fillers, she said she ""deals with people all day"" and gets ""tips from the nurse."" I kid you not. This is the person who is going to tell me what kind of dermatological procedure I might need. When I asked about seeing a doctor to do my shots, she basically said that wasn't gonna happen, and that the doctor doesn't do the fillers I was asking about. This isn't what I was told when I called to make an appointment. Bait and switch, sketchy practices. Can't believe this place is allowed to operate. I'd give is zero stars if I could. Seriously. Do not trust these people with your skin.
