Review content:
Do not bring your children here! I showed up 15 minutes early, like they asked me to. I then proceeded to wait for 1.5hrs No one bothered to tell me what the hold up was, since they took in 12 customers before us and this was the first time I was bringing my 5 and 3 year old to the dentist, they were already nervous. After me complaining they finally sent me to xray- no one spoke to my children- sat us in a room- again 15 minutes later I had to ask what was going on...no one came by.For some weird reason all of the room are open and you can basically hear what is happening in the 3 rooms nearest you... the dentist walks into the room next to ours and announced LOUD ""the teeth are ready to be pulled"" My 5 year old nearly died! Then some 80 year old dr walks in- does not say a word to my kids and tells me to sit one of them in the chair- proceeds to probe my 3 year old-not even making eye contact with him...then the person who was going to clean his teeth walks in and not even looking at us sais: "" Ok come on, let's get going"" I took my kids out of there soo fast! No way was I going to let them have a horrible first dental visit! This place is soo unprofessional- the fromt staff kept talking about their personal life and they kept bringing food to their desks, ignoring clients! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
