Well all a gal can say is that they really exceeded my expectations: My parents got me a gift certificate in October and I promptly lost it. Devastated, I called in and the nice gal up front found the record of the transaction and gave me full credit even though I had NO PROOF!!!\r

I used the fantastic gift to get my lip pierced with a very adorable CZ stud (which was only $15) and once again, lovely Lisa pierced me. She is just so sweet and calming, I was nervous and she could tell and assured me that it's an easy piercing and before I knew it, we were done. She told me that I picked a good spot that will be very easy on my teeth and gums in the years to come. \r

As I left I got a free toothbrush and sea salt... and was reminded again to take care of my body to ensure proper healing. \r

Can't ask for a better experience!!!!
