First it took forever getting an appointment. I really looked forward to talking about my complexion at my age and a minor rash from dry skin. I expected to be treated nicely. This was not the case. Upon entering the staff was very short with all the patients. Extremely nice to a chosen few. Then when it was my turn I was treated fine until just before the assistant left she turned around and said firmly, you have only ONE thing to ask the doctor. Anything after that YOU must come back for another appointment...JUST ONE. She snapped. I was so shocked at her behaviour. Ok so the nurse was nasty, fine. Could the Doctor be just as cold and nasty? Yes. When Andrea Buck came I thought at first she was acting nice, no, not at all she was irritated, She reinstated the ONE question thing and as if I was taking up her precious time. She left the room for a long time. I waited 45 minutes then came back. She forgot I was there. I shook my head. She did not want to treat the complexion issue and gave poor advice on the rash. I was so frustrated I simply walked out when she left the exam room again. OK call me a fool, I made another appt. I thought maybe she had a bad day. No, she did it again only this time as soon as she walked out of the exam room I just left fed up. I know doctors have good days and bad but, twice...no. I think there are serious issues in customer service and to simply tell a patient they can only ask ONE question is pathetic. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. I found another Doctor since and told him what happened...he laughed and told me he had heard this complaint before. He told me don't worry you can ask me as many questions you have, we will deal with each one. I just had two minor ones. I enjoy having this doctor now and am glad I found him. As for A. Buck I would NOT recommend her to my worst enemy. Pros: The office is nice Cons: A bit cold, poor service, rude and irritated professionals
