There are always two sides to every story and I do not believe for a second that L & Jay produced unacceptable work!!! John and Lee did my flowers for my wedding two years ago and they exceeded all of my expectations!!! From the first meeting to the wedding day, they kept me udated on everything and I continuously felt confident and excited about the bouquets and arrangements I would receive. I was so thrilled with the final product and it was even more beautiful than I had expected!!! The staff who work there were amazing as well!!! Since my wedding, I have recommended them to all of my family and friends for any event. I was extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism and will hire them for any event I may have in the future!!!
