I have been a client with Milagros since January. When I was exercising on my own I did not even come close the progress I have made at Milagros. My personal trainer is Marcus and I truly didn???t know what I was signing up for in the beginning. He has created a routine and diet specifically tailored to my body. The gym itself is great because it is normally just you and your trainer so you are able to go straight to your next routine without any distractions. Don???t get me wrong, this is no day spa, I have had to work harder than I ever have but I truly thrilled with my current fitness level. I know I couldn???t have done it without Marcus and I highly recommend Milagros if you are looking to breakthrough and really made a change in your health.
