I must say that I got a pretty great workout with them.
I spent way too much money here for 6 months and was more than disappointed to say the least. They're way over-priced and after learning more on the internet about Chinese martial arts I realized that they were not teaching what they claimed to be. Yeah, I figured out these guys were teaching a mish-mash.
Bottom line is if you're looking for a friendly encouraging place to get in shape with a martial arts bent - get on it; if you're looking for chinese martial arts, look elsewhere.
Pros: Great workout
Cons: Overpriced and not shaolin nor Chinese martial arts at all
