I have been using the services here for several years now. In addition to renting a box from them I have had passport pix taken and used their wrapping and forwarding services. The big plus here is that they can receive and ship through all shippers like UPS and FEDEX not just the USPS so they're a lot better than a PO box. They will look in your box if you call and ask or if you let them know ahead of time they will call you up when your expected parcel comes in. I have gotten packages and mail from all over the US and worldwide for years without the slightest mishap. The convenience of the location is great because it is just about the center of the Aiea and Pearl City Post offices and there's hardly ever a wait to get service, it's always well worth the small percentage extra they charge for shipping.
Pros: Easy access and a variety of services all with a smile
Cons: costs a little more than the post office
