Review content:
I paid for a 15,000 mile service and it was never performed! I showed up early morning as they had asked me... The guy was not even there who made the appointment... They called him and he said no worries, he would be there and do it.... I was called less then 2 hours later and they said it was done... when I asked what the #'s were on the valves and he said they were fine... Instead of giving me the #'s... i found out later, it was because he never took the cover off, that's why he did not know!! but they charged me $400 as if they had done a valve job... I was shocked, because they came highly recommended! Yet they ended up being as shady as all the other shops in the valley!! The best spot 4 now... Is Advance Kawasaki in Orange county!! Don't trust Crago Racing!! They are a scam!! I am not the first person they have done this to!!
Pros: Thumbs Down! No Pros!
Cons: you will be con-ed and not even know it, cause they seem so nice and honest...NOT!
