Talk about great service! I went to three brake repair garages today with no luck of being seen... not to mention I called a dozen more. I finally called Don's Auto Service to find out their business hours since it was already 3:15 p.m. and my brakes were in dire need of attention. They said they closed at 5:30 and I assumed that wouldn't be enough time so I was about to say good-bye when the voice on the other end of the phone asked what it was I needed. I explained my situation and he said I should just come on down and bring my car in. I dropped off my car, received a phone call a half hour later with a detailed explanation and a fair quote. I agreed to the service and I was told to pick up my car at 5:15. Sure enough, I get there and my brakes are fixed and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some of the other places I got quotes from. Excellent service above and beyond what I ever expected.
Pros: friendly , knowledgeable staff, service above and beyond expected
