I had looked on citysearch for the best rated salon and unfortunately I didn't find Red Red Red right away. I found Follicle, a trendy salon with a nasty, elitist owner. Totally disappointed after my consultation, I went to Red Red Red and made an appointment with Monique. She was incredible...she listened to what I described and looked at the picture I brought and came up with something that was not identical to the picture but is absolutely perfect for me. It's trendy, it's fun, and it completely fits my personality and my lifestyle. I've received so many compliments...people ask me all the time where I get my hair done. I love my new haircut and I would recommend Monique to anyone!
Pros: friendly staff, open-minded stylists, value
Cons: parking - but where isn't it hard to park in Philly
