I have made reservations twice at this hotel to attend a work-sponsored party, and each time I am given a smoking room, DESPITE making reservations for a NON smoking room far in advance!!! Apparently entire floors of ""luxury"" suites in this hotel are reserved for smoking. Given the service and clientele, I would NOT recommend. Stay away!
Pros: Close to Lloyd Center
Cons: Close to Lloyd Center, UGLY views, Fetid odor
