Review content:
I was the recipient of two gift baskets that including shipping, cost a total of $150.00. Instead of filling the baskets with the name brands advertised online, this merchant instead drives to the local dollar store a few blocks away from their location and fills the baskets with generic brand junk sold between $1.00 and $1.50 each. I know this because the stickers on the items gave the exact name of the dollar store. I went there and priced every item. In one basket sold for over $45.00, the items totaled $15.00. This did not include the delivery charges as some of the goods were to be shipped to the florist from the gourmet company but this did not happen. Instead, Flowers by the Neuse bought items from the dollar store for their gift baskets that are not even close to what is advertised. They then hide behind their ""Substitution Policy"". If you live in Clayton and someone wants to send you a gift basket online, make sure they verify it is not being processed through this florist unless you don't mind an overpriced gift basket filled with dollar store junk!.
