Review content:
I live in Ohio and found this florist through FTD's website. I ordered corsages for Mother's Day and asked for six rose corsages in a variety of colors (3 wrist, 3 pin). I described several looks on the FTD site that I liked and was told that she would do rose corsages for $15 each. Family members picked up the flowers on Mother's Day and I saw them later that day. Each was only a single rose (not as discussed)--much like the boutonnieres on the FTD site for $9, but these also had ribbon--which was unfortunate. They were not all different colors as requested, but probably leftover pink, yellow, and white flowers. More than half the flowers had brown spots, and one of the white roses looked so terrible that we went to WalMart and bought a replacement corsage. Two of the corsages had actual ribbon, but the remaining four had cheap fake ribbon--one of which came loose from the wrist corsage. I tried to contact the florist re: the problems and after putting me on hold for awhile, she said she'd call back. She never did. I called to let the florist know that I would be writing a negative review and was called ""sad"" and ""vengeful"" for doing so. The florist also said that I didn't know the difference between a corsage and a boutonniere and that I ""needed to be prayed for."" Anyway, lesson learned.
Pros: the flowers were ready when the florist said they would be ready
Cons: many
