Stylist was obviously having a bad day and wanted to take it out on my hair. She did not want to hear what I had to say.
I had to wait a half hour to talk to the manager who apologized and offered to talk half off my bill.
i feel that there are many other talented stylist out there who will appreciate my business. Rolf's salon could not even pay me to come back to their salon.
