I have always gone to Rolfs for my hair. The staff has been professinal & accomadating. I was recommended to thier top nail tech. This woman has been in the business for the last 25 years! She did my nails but seemed to be unable to take her attention off an obviously threatening co-worker! The other nail tech she spoke of seemed friendly & one of her clients was so excited she had to show off her gorgeous nails! My nail tech seemed unable to do anything but be rude & distasteful. She was obviously treatened by this young lady & her ability to accomodate her client. The younger nail tech actually saw my discomfort & mouthed an apology for her older counterpart. This 'lead' nail tech is going to lead Rolf's nail department right into nowhere! There seems to be room for only one great nail tech at Rolfs!
Pros: great hair people, good products, atmosphere
