Review content:
I was a big fan of Palazzo Pizza for many years. They take an irritatingly long time to deliver a pizza (I live about 10 minutes away), on the order of an hour plus every time. Recently though, they have just gotten too unreliable. Last month I ordered a couple extra large pizzas from them one evening when I had a bunch of friends over. I waited an hour and 15 minutes...no pizza. I called them and they told me the delivery guy was just leaving. I waited another half hour....no pizza. My small children are now crying. I called again. Same story. Another half hour, still no pizza. I called back. Same story with profuse apologies and an offer for $5 off (what????). I'm told he's almost at my house. Another half hour goes by and I call again (kids now wailing) and cancel the pizzas, and head out of the house leaving my children with my friends, to get different pizza. 20 minutes later, while I'm out getting the other pizza, the guy finally shows up. 3 HOURS?!?!?!? Are you kidding me? I talked to my husband about it the next day (he was out of town at the time) and he said to me, ""oh yeah, I had the same experience with them!"" Sorry, but I can't deal with businesses like that!
Pros: Excellent thin crust pizza
Cons: You can't count on them
