I'm disappointed in the service bc I went in to ask if they would be able to make a sign and brought in the picture of what I wanted. The guy behind the counter and designs told me yes it was no problem as long as I brought in the sign itself.
I asked if it needed to be a certain kind plastic, aluminium, etc...he said no as long as it's a hard surface they can do it. The sign was ready in a few days and they called me like they said they would. Also charged me the estimated price. But the printed material was wrinkled and had several air holes throughout. I pointed it out and was told to use a needle to deflate the bubbles and that there was nothing they could do about the wrinkles since it was a hard material to work with. I'm disappointed bc originally I was told any hard material would work. Honestly I would not order anything again bc their standards for their work are not what they should be...
