Review content:
This office is horrible. I was a patient at Court Street Practice before it moved to Second Street. It was not the best care at Court Street but got worse now that it is Second Street. When I needed to speak to my doctor, I would leave messages and it would take 2 days to 2 weeks to get a call back from medical staff. I would then have to wait another 2 weeks to be seen. I would go in and my appointments were canceled. I am on several medications and I was put on one that was causing serious problems. The staff told me I could not come in for 2 weeks (after waiting all of the above time). They didn't let me talk to any other professional about my problems after making a formal complaint, staff contacted me and told me to continue to medication, against the advice of a specialist, and they would call in other meds for me but never did. This did not happen just one time, but ALL the time. It is sad because they make St. Mary's look bad when the system is great. Something needs to be done about this practice.
