What a joke. You can not reach anyone on phone, you request records and they say it will take a month to copy 4 pages. 3 months later and no copies. They try to get your money only. Dirty office, nasty staff, unprofessional therapist. Erin West talked about other clients and gave their names, she talked about my childs issues in lobby room in front of other people waiting to have their money taken. I am warning you now to stay away
