Review content:
My family and I moved here a few months ago, due to financial issues. I was reluctant to live here due to the negative reviews. For the price you pay in rent, it is not that bad. Our apartment had brand new carpets and new counter tops. installed before we moved in. The windows could be more insulated but we have plastic over the windows and no problems. We have had some problems requiring maintenance assistance which was done in a decent time frame. Currently management is trying to get rid of the rift raft that has inundated this complex. The complex is relatively close to stores, (9 miles to walmart/ price chopper) Only 12-15 miles to downtown Albany. This is a good apartment if you need to downsize or are just starting out. The size of the apartment is good for the price you pay in rent. They have a brand new pool that was installed this summer. Can not wait to go in this coming year....
The new management company is trying to get the apartments up to date. This takes time, but so far what I have see is all good.
