Item exactly as described that I could not find in town. Convenience is the key. I found it on your website, it was reasonably priced and shipped right to my house. Communication was great. I was kept informed at all times. You guys are great! Keep up the good work! Unfortunately, the box containing the order I just received last week (Rachel Alexandra & Fleet Street Max) was almost completely destroyed. One of the Breyer boxes was destroyed, but the horse wasn't damaged. Good thing I wasn't keeping her in the box. The other Breyer box was slightly damaged but again, I wasn't planning on leaving him in the box.
