Review content:
I spilled coffee on my Dell Inspiron laptop. I wiped it cleaned but some of the keyboard keys are not working. I gave these guys a call and they told me to turn the computer off, remove it from the charger and remove the battery, this is to make sure that if the coffee goes thru the keyboard, it will not short the laptop and kill it completely. I brought it to them quickly. They cleaned the keyboard completely and cleaned the inside of the laptop. They told me that it was a good thing that I turned off the laptop because there were drops of coffee that made it inside the laptop. They tested the keyboard but the coffee killed the keyboard. They ordered a new one and replaced the old one. I got back my laptop the next day.
